Minimal visibility and data tracking in the sales supply chain with hopes to improve customer loyalty and engagement.

Solutions

An entire digital transformation roadmap that is divided into 5 different components: product movement tracking, warehouse tagging, CRM, loyalty and data analytics.

Outcomes

Global rollout in Europe, APAC, China and North America. Tracks almost 200 million inventories. Overall sales uplift.

Nestle Malaysia

Problem

Nestle Malaysia wishes to roll out a new series of products come mid 2021 but hopes to conduct an agile market penetration studies using an e-commerce and digital validation route.

Solutions

OpenMinds developed an e-commerce store using Shopify Plus and integrated the backend with a CRM software and multiple analytic tools to provide customized consumer insights that ranges from product purchases, customer interactions, sign-ups, to price optimisation.

Outcomes

An analytics dashboard was deployed and accessed by the R&D team, offering daily reporting on consumer insights.

Sime Darby Property

Problem

Serenia Township is located away many miles away from KL and Sime Darby Property needed a website to convey the convenience and accessibility of the township. Client also wants to incorporate interactive elements into the website to make it more interactive.

Solutions

The website has to be capable of highlighting three main unique selling points of the township, namely: Liveability, Accessibility and Community. The website was designed with a mobile-first approach that resembles a mobile app. Subtle animations and tappable interactions are embedded throughout the site to promote interactivity.

Outcomes

OpenMinds was further awarded with many other website development projects with Sime Darby Property.
