An opportunity to work within a varied digital marketing role, overseeing the management of the businesses social media channels, e-marketing campaigns and website content for a range of clients across industries.

 

Job description:

  • Oversee the management of the business’s social media channels, e-marketing campaigns, or website content for a range of clients across industries
  • Strategise, create, and grow the digital presence of assigned brands
  • Produce and analyse social media reports on behalf of the brands managed

 

Day-to-day duties include:

  • Creative ideation and content generation
  • Plan, manage, and post content for all social media activities in alignment with the strategy
  • Suggest and provide appropriate response strategy to follower conversations to maximise positive sentiments
  • Maintain the publishing calendar and constantly liaise with clients to ensure the calendar is always updated
  • Attend client and prospect meetings regularly
  • Actively contribute to the growth of the brand’s online presence from its daily operations, layout changes, post types, and wherever else relevant
  • Monitor all conversations and escalate issues to relevant stakeholders

Business Development

 

Job description:

  • Be advocates for the startup scene in Malaysia
  • Help identify and acquire new business leads across diverse industries
  • Connect team competencies with business requirements and help make sense of them to clients
  • Be well-versed and prepared in pitching internal products and services to brands
  • Maintain fruitful long-term relationships with existing clients

 

Day-to-day duties include:

  • Conduct constant research online and in social media to spot potential business leads and new markets the company can explore
  • Communicate with potential clients to establish good rapport and arrange for meetings
  • Prepare presentation decks for pitching, reports, and feedback to upper management
  • Identify candidates for open positions within the company and manage the recruitment process including initial assessments and interviews
  • Assist in developing sales goals for the teams and ensuring they are met
  • Strengthen the internal processes to ensure a more efficient and effective operation in the company
  • Maximise internal PR efforts through research and monitoring the media

Finance & Accounting

 

Job description:

  • Be responsible for the maintenance and accuracy of all finance matters, which includes the upkeep of timely payment of salary, man-hour costing, dollar-to-work ratio, company benefits to staff, and all contract values
  • Be able to provide advice on and execute budget drafts and forecasting of profits, losses, balances, and cash flow
  • Help suggest and create necessary financial systems or documents to assist the company in numeric growth
  • Respect the company’s financial status and keep all matters strictly P&C

 

Day-to-day duties include:

  • Basic bookkeeping, quotation, and invoicing
  • Proper and organised filing of accounting documents
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and bankers
  • Submit statement of accounts, verify invoice of clients, and liaise with clients for any discrepancies
  • Ensure credit notes and debit notes are processed accurately throughout the month, whilst also checking and confirming issuances are verified accurately
  • Ensure GST compilation, report, and filing are accurately processed and adjusted according to appropriate codes
  • Follow up with debt collection and debtor ageing report
  • Compile documents and information for legal proceedings and liaise with lawyer
  • Annual year-end filing and distribution of EA forms to employees
  • Assist in advising BOD and other startups / business arms
  • Cost reduction exercises to reduce overheads

 

The successful candidate will possesses the skills/expertise:

  • Must possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance, or equivalent accreditation
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in the financial / accounting field
  • Must have basic knowledge in or the willingness to learn about bank loans, corporate and government tax matters, and company insurance
  • Experience in cloud accounting software (i.e. Xero, QuickBooks)

Content Strategist

 

Job description:

  • Develop comprehensive content strategies to determine the posting direction, copies, and visuals that best cater to the audience of the client’s business
  • Curate and execute production of content postings

 

Day-to-day duties include:

  • Creative ideation and content generation
  • Produce posting content in accordance to the set direction, tone of voice of the brand, and publishing calendar
  • Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns
  • Contribute write-ups in various forms (i.e. Web content, scripts, short articles, press releases) that are relevant to the company and client’s business
  • Assist in providing appropriate response strategy and close monitoring to aid in the client’s community management

 

Graphic Designer / UI/UX Designer

 

Job description:

  • Manage and execute the design process from concept to creation
  • Be involved with the production of cross-platform marketing materials across a variety of channels whilst working with tight deadlines
  • Strategise and advise effective ways to portray client work visually

 

Day-to-day duties include:

  • Understand and interpret the client’s business needs and objectives to develop a visual concept
  • Produce design briefs by gathering information and data through research
  • Think creatively to churn out new ideas and concepts for marketing and sales campaigns
  • Work with a wide range of media including photography, videography, and other computer-aided software

 

Successful candidates will possess the following:

  • Skills in Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Additional advantages:
    • Working experience in graphic design or similar field
    • Skills in After Effects, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro

Tech Developer

 

Job description:

  • Effectively utilise technical skills and have comprehensive understanding of the client’s business problems to assist in delivering quality products on either web or mobile
  • Contribute to the development of mobile, web-based, or any social media-related applications

 

Day-to-day duties include:

  • Assist lead developer in existing development works, system architecture design, and technical documentations
  • Create and troubleshoot web-based or mobile applications
  • Produce site layouts / user interfaces from provided design concepts by using standard HTML / CSS practices

 

Successful candidates will possess the following:

  • Skills in PHP, HTML, JavaScript, MYSQL, Web Design, and CSS
